Fees and Insurance
We will expect payment at the time of service in full or as designated by your insurance plan. As a convenience for you, we accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa or debit card as payment options.
If you are insured by a managed care plan, our office will verify benefits and file your claims. Your most current insurance card must be presented at each visit. If you have not satisfied your deductible, or a co-pay is part of your insurance contract, you will be asked to pay this at the time of your visit.
Insurance Plan Participation
Our goal is to participate in as many of the most popular and common managed care and insurance plans as reasonably possible. Therefore, the list of plans we participate in is regularly undergoing review and changes. We recommend that you contact our practice or your insurance company to verify our practice's participation in your insurance plan.
